INTERNAL DRAINAGE BOARDS (FINANCE) REGULATIONS, 1992

DRAINAGE RATES AND SPECIAL LEVY

AS REQUIRED by Section 48 of the Land Drainage Act, 1991 and The Internal Drainage Boards (Finance) Regulations, 1992, the above Drainage Board gives notice as follows:

1)         On the 7^th February 2023 the Board made a rate of 14.7p in the £ in respect of agricultural land and agricultural buildings to raise £119,274.94 of their expenditure for the year ending on the 31^st day of March 2024

2)         Also on the 7^th February 2023 the Board made a Special Levy of £65,214.91 on the County of the East Riding of Yorkshire Council to raise the balance of their expenditure for the same year.
